Developer Buy Back Option

Investors seeking a guaranteed return on the investment have the choice to include a developer buy-back option when purchasing their plot.

The buy back option provides the developer with the opportunity to repurchase a plot at any time during the 5 year payment period.

If the developer exercises the buy-back option, they agree to purchase the land at 20% above the purchase price.

In exchange for the buy-back option the developer agrees to pay the investor a fixed return of 20% over 5 years (4% per annum).
